Alyson shrugged, looking over Cael, kissing him lightly.

" I in no way, regret you."

She replied simply, thinking over Mason for a moment.

" as for Mason.. I think I could have chosen better."

"Don't be too hard on him. He acts stupider than he actually is."

Cael just shrugged. He had already said his peace; he wasn't going to worry about trying to convince her.

Alyson looked up, moving to kiss him gently snuggling down against his strong chest, shaking her head.

" Not in the sense your thinking."

"Okay. Mmm..." He leaned against the wall. She wasn't the only one that needed a chill pill.

Looking about for a while, she remained perfectly still, thinking for a bit.

Alyson openly blushed and wormed in his lap slightly, clearly uncomfortable. She'd never been looked at as more then meat. Awkward.

" ..? Thank you?"

She timidly replied, not at all sure if that was the right reply.

Cael sighed.

'Yes, that was a compliment. I know that I'm male, but believe it or not, we are capable of complimenting without expecting a lay in return." The man stood up and walked over to place her on the bed.

Alyson watched him put her down, and didn't like it all that much, as she rather much enjoyed his proximity, however, she let it go and reluctantly was snuggling down into the bed.

Cael sat down on the foot of the bed, leaning forward and rubbing his temple with his fingers. Mason better get back soon. He was hungry and had a headache.

Alyson replied honestly, looking up as Mason returned, and probably had all the kitchen from downstairs with him on a dolly cart, shaking her head slightly.

"But look! Little chocolate caramel cookies!" He picked up one of the many bags and plopped down beside her, offering the pouch to her.

alyson hesitated, then smirked suddenly.

" You know.. I know how you could get him to do it."

She purred, yep.... she liked taunting him, cause she actually had discovered more then one way. However, she had no intention on telling him the ways she had.

Mason grinned suddenly triumphantly. He took her response a little differently than she probably intended.

Alyson replied simply, giving up and moved to curl up upon the bed in a tight ball, closing her eyes. Maybe if she pretended to go to sleep.. It's nothing person, she jsut wasn't in a bubbly mood right now.

Mason did leave her alone. He also agreed with Cael, at least on this. This is where that 'secretly smart' thing came in. They both thought she needed to sleep.

The thing about pretendign to sleep, is you sometimes did fall asleep in the act of faking. This happened to be one of those times, but it wasn't her normal, cute and peaceful sleep, but a tossing and turning, mumbling mess.

Cael came back before too long. The two of them shared a look as Cael sat down beside the woman, rubbing her back. Trouble sleep was better than no sleep.

Alyson responded to the attention well enough, the thrashing easing as she moved towards the wall of comfort she could feel through her dreams, head ending up pressed against his leg, sound asleep, clearly still disturbed, but not moving about so anymroe.

Alyson rested through their arguing, and on through the night, waking early, prior to sunrise, to look about with exhausted and troubled eyes.

Mason was out cold, his body half dripping off the bed. Cael was asleep sitting up, mostly propped against the wall. The latter man roused faintly, if not entirely as the woman woke.

Alyson carefully moved from the bed, wondering out of the hotel room, gingerly shutting the door, wondering off for a walk, trying to clear her head.

Alyson would probably get a kick out of them when she got back. Cael had moved when she did so that he was laying down. Mason had dripped the rest of the way off of the mattress, so naturally he also climbed back in. He was laying on Cael's back like a pair of snuggle buddies.
