Ashleigh smiled, letting her mouth play over him, as she'd restrained from doing before, enjoying the touch of someone else for a change.

She purred lightly as her mouth made it's way about his neck and over his chest some more.

Darryn wasn't about to let her have all the fun. He had to fight the urge to bite her. She was just so sweet and soft and... Cool, Darryn, cool.

Ashleigh smiled before she lightly nipped him, licking the small flecks of blood it caused, [ulling back slowly, now gaging him in the dark, to be sure he wasn't going to like, break out in tap dance or something, rather then continue, as her hands soon freed him of the rest of his clothes, hands and mouth returning tho him afterwords.

Ashleigh looked over darryn, slowly moving to nestle in his arms, breath still slightly gone, smile on her lips as she held to him. The only question on her mind was, sleep now, or later?

Darryn still had his arm wrapped around her. The man was fighting a terrible impulse to sleep, and losing. After all, with the sun by now high in the sky, it was way past his bedtime. Still, he was fighting for coherence, just in case she said something.

She threatened softly before sleep won her over.

Darryn opened his mouth next, letting out a groan. She better wake up soon or I'm going to starve to death. Leave for a snack - Lose my manhood. Right now he was having a difficult time deciding.

Darryn gave her a quick peck and hopped out of bed, pulling on something so that he was at least halfway decent. Good news? All the little statuettes were safe. He could see again. And he was having bacon this morning.

Laughing, ashleigh snuggled down into her bed, looking at the ceiling.

Darryn, however, was sitting in the kitchen (which he found all by himself!) and munching on his bacon and eggs. He was absorbed in a quiet stream of consciousness that did not involve the food at all. It was a soft whispering in the back of his mind about what next. After all, wasn't this the reason that he hated his old coven? He hated the fluidity, how it was socially acceptable to use and abuse, how when one could have everything they simultaneously had nothing.

And she had claimed a head, sort of. That would probably only come back to bite him - and not in a way he liked.

Ashleigh picked up on his train of thought as she pulled on her little silken dress, not sure she liked the thought process at all, wondering to see him.

Silvery blue dress pooling about her as if made of water it's self, stopping just past her knees, she let her barely little feet lead the way into the kitchen, and even let her mind process the fact he was barely dressed ( and took a solid 5 seconds to force herself past this fact) and then moved to set across from him, looking him over as she spoke slowly.

" I don't freely sleep with anyone, and everyone, as you seem to have taken it as.... If you only see it as one night fine, but I never do. I've only had two partners in my time."

she purred slowly, it very hard to to if she was hurt by hsi thoughts, or bitter with him for how he'd just portrayed her.

" One that lied and deceived me, and the man that shared my bed last night."

Ashleigh was finding it a bit difficult to keep all thoughts and feelings to herself as she forced herself to stand and wipe away the few tears that were already trying to fall. He didn't seem like that sort.... to want to hurt someone. He seemed so different from all the others.......

Ashleigh might have been exceptionally tough, and hard as nails to break..... but she did have a few feelings, and they were hurt s she slowly left the kitchen.

At her statement, Darryn had been completely and utterly blown away, nothing less. Then, though it took a little while to process, he was filled with another emotion as she walked away. The man was bursting at the seams, almost as though someone had poured warm liquid fuzz into his chest cavity. That was practically unheard of in their society. Just two? Not an abuser? Especially in her status? He was practically pooping golden nuggets. And so, once he realized that her feelings were hurt, he jumped up and raced after her.

"Wait! I didn't mean..."

ashleigh'd made it most of the way back to her room when she heard Darryn call to her. With a slight sigh, and a huge effort, she stopped her tears as she wiped her face dry, turning to look at darryn with a once more unreadable face, already starting to wall back up. She didn't fancy getting hurt, so she tended to try and prevent it.

Darryn pressed his lips together tightly. She was asking him to talk about feelings. It was strange, out of the norm. Then again, wasn't all of this?

"I do feel like that. But in crazy moments of fear for completely stupid reasons. They come and they go. They are just a worry - I wouldn't act on them. I told you, I refuse to belong to what I came from... that doesn't mean that those old skeletons still don't linger."

Ashleigh looked him over cautiously, and nodded slowly.

" Still doesn't really tell me that much."

She purred softly, but let it go as she moved and kissed his cheek lightly, feelings still hurt as she turned and walked towards her room, she thought if she went back to sleep, and re-woke it would be better.

Darryn just shook his head. It was hard to do exactly what she wanted. All of those gushy feeling describers... those words didn't EXIST in man-speak. Darryn walked off, leaving her to her pains. He had done the very best he could, and still felt awful. Where had that wolf gotten off to?

As if called, Skye appeared beside darryn, holding a curtain in his mouth, appearing to have put a few pounds on.

" Ruff."

He barked cutely.

Ashleigh laid down in her bed, eyes closing, resting happily in it's comfort, wondering what to do.

Darryn looked at the curtain, and his eyes widened. Poop. He knelt down, speaking as low as he could as he attempted to tug the curtain from the pup's mouth.

"Come on... Where did you get this from? I reaaaaaally need to put it back. Or I'll die. Or Ashleigh will kill me. Or both..."

Skye barked cutely and trotted off down the hall.it apparently was one of three curtains he'd pulled down, as the entire wall of windows were exposed, the night starts twinkling in, curtains on the ground.

Darryn stood there, picking up one.

"Aw, furball, why did you do that?! She's going to think I did it!" He poked his finger through a little hole that Skye's teeth had apparently torn in it. Then, he began to rummage through the drawers.

"You know, you almost killed me earlier. But I guess I can't be too mad..." DUCT TAPE! Now he could fix it.

Skye merely barked and wagged his tail as he watched Darryn fix the mess that was created.

Ashleigh wondered in, just as Darryn fell with the curtains, and tape, into a mass upon the floor. Whatever mood she'd been in before, she was laughing and smiling now.

The man looked up to the laughter and smiled with embarrassment.

"I didn't do it?" Darryn sat there, trying to peel off the curtain without pulling out his little body hairs. This was actually a task, and it looked like a hopeless one at that.

" I'm sure, skye is bad about it. So, would you like to know I have extra curtains, or keep trying to hang those?"

Darryn blinked a few times, glanced at the curtains and then back to her.

"Well, I thought that the old wizard wouldn't need any extras when he could just magic the existing ones clean. I assumed extras didn't come with the castle." He laughed, sticking out his tongue.

She purred, looking over her pup and pointing him to the other room, and then considered Darryn.

" Now, if you want me to leave you be, say so now, otherwise, I'm going to pretend this morning didn't happen and continue to dote upon you."

Darryn just looked down and twiddled his thumbs. In all and complete honesty, he was tired of being alone all the time. Yes, he had a measure of freedom but also of scorn. What was worst was being alone in a crowded room.

ashleigh actually smiled big, moving and kissing Darryn hard enough they both fell over, hugging him tight. She was clearly OK with that idea as Skye barked and pounced teh kissing duo.

Ashleigh giggled nad pushed the pup away, movign and kissing the screatch, licking up the bits of blood, and shaking her head.

"Would that be so bad?" Darryn realized his boldness the moment after it slipped out of his mouth. He reflexively clamped his hands over his lips.
