Let's Play!

"You're going to laugh at me."



Mason poked his head in at this point.



"Ooo! Can I play?!"

" No I won't! "



Alyson protested, glancing back to Mason, eyebrow raising.



" Are you gonna sing?"



Yep, she didn't sing in public....and they counted as public.

Mason frowned slightly.



"Aww... But I'm best at the guitar!" Cael glanced down at the sticks in his hands doubtfully.



"You could play the drums?" Mason gave him a flat look.



"No I can't. I can't hit the pedal." He pointed to his boot.



"Wait? What pedal?" Cael looked around, feeling even more doubtful. That was why Mason picked up the mic.

Alyson giggled and grinned big and bright as she handed the second drumstick to cael, soon having the band made, and loading the drum tutorial for Cael to go through. She was trying not to smile too much, but she was failing. She loved this game

Mason glared at the song that had once again ended too soon.



"c'mon!" Cael groaned.



"My leg hurts...."

Alyson glanced to cael and pouted.



" But.... "





Yep, she had the most melting little girl pout ever, and he was currently on the receiving end.

Cael looked at her and dissolved into a little puddle of a man.



"But I think I could last a while longer..."

Alyson giggled and smiled happily, moving to kiss Cael happily before playing on, not pointing out that she was thoroughly surprised by how well Mason could sing, and the fact that Cael was doing well

Cael had it more or less figured out after a while, and settled in to merely rubbing his temple as Mason decided to argue with Alyson.



"But you CAN'T pick THAT one! I HATE that one! I HATE it so much that I don't even know all the words!"

Alyson looked at him, and merely selected the song. They could carry the song without Mason so long as Cael could play it Yep, she'd given up on arguing with the man and was enjoying the tunes. He'd best figure life out

"GRRAAAARRGGGG! MY EARS! MY EARS!" Okay, so Mason was being slightly dramatic.



This song was actually easy for Cael... well, until he got about halfway through and then it felt like his leg was going to pop off.

As they finished the song ( doing well without vocals), Alyson was excited enough to place guitar upon the floor and kiss cael, save, turn the system off and plop herself right in his lap, nuzzling him lightly.

Cael grinned lightly. However, his eyes widened as he looked up to see Mason grinning. Cael glanced around, trying to see what... Mason held up his hand. 5... 4... 3...

Alyson wasn't playing, the game system was off, she was rather confused as Cael looked concerned, snugged to the man who'd stopped playing the drums, glancing up to Mason now.....

2... "Oh come on, I don't know what you're doing but..." 1. CRACKMANGLETHUNK! The plastic leg broke off of the chair they were sitting in, dumping them into a heap on the floor.

As they crashed to the floor, Alyson luckily managed to not get crushed or jabbed, and she was rather happy to see cael a little shadow figure. smiling to herself, she glanced to mason and tossed one of the legs from the chair his direction. Purposely missing, but getting a point across as she looked to cael, now solid, moving to kiss him again.



" He's a sore sport."

Mason crossed his arms defiantly.



"There it is AGAIN! I didn't do it! I just happen to know that chair." He frowned. First the clock, now the chair? Just because he was a thief didn't mean that he was to blame for everything.

alyson sighed, looking over mason.



" Seemed like something you'd do... Sorry."



She replied simply, now laying with her head on Cael's chest, wondering if they were going to get up, or keep company on her floor. Both were nice options.

Mason frowned now.



"You don't know me well enough to say what I would or wouldn't do! I do have ethics, you know!" Whine whine whine.



Cael:



"This thing is poking me."

Alyson nodded, getting up and stretching slowly, looking over Mason, sighing and moving to kiss him.



" sorry."



she replied, moving back to Cael and pushing him into her bed, planning to get some real sleep. it was nearly 1 am. So, without too many words she snuggled down to Cael, plenty of room beside her for Mason... Should he feel left out. (( Nothing under her bed.))

Mason did crawl in.



"Hey... your bed is cushier than mine."

(( Just incase Cael goes ghost in his sleep!!))



alyson smiled and laughed slightly, snuggled down to Cael, rather content as the man had an arm looped about her, listening to his heart beat, tugging Mason's arm about her waist, happily sleeping sandwiched between the two men.

((OH! ROFL!))



That was a very strange night. The storm was loud enough to shake the house, yet neither of the two men stirred. Both of them, however, did squeeze themselves tighter to little Alyson. Both of them were having poor dreams.

Alyson wormed only slightly in the double grip as she noted both men's faces, pressing small kisses to both, wondering if she should wake them, but deciding not to as she attempted to return to sleep, but failed each time the thunder hit, jumping and waking back up, soon snuggling down and just enjoying the holding and turning the TV on silently.

Cael was the one to wake. He didn't like lighting changes while he was sleeping. (Go figure, huh?) He looked at her with bleary eyes, easing the grip he found.

Alyson looked to Cael, wincing.



" I'm sorry, I can turn it off.. I just can't sleep... storms bother me."

The man blinked a few times blearily, processing her words bit by bit until he rolled over onto his back.



"It's just noise..." Yeah, that's all that the sleepy man had.

Alyson made a small face and turned off the TV, snuggling back to cael, kissing the center of his back as she tried to drift off again. It didn't work, however, the boys seemed to snore on into the night. soon resulting in Alyson slipping from the bed as the sun rose, climbing into a bubble bath in her bathroom, and falling asleep in the bath tub.

Eventually they woke. What did they wake to? Well... if Alyson wasn't there, then obviously she wasn't who they were holding. A mass of rustling and thuds and shouting followed.



"DUDE! SO NOT COOL!"

Little Alyson stirred only a moment before her head sank back into the bubbles, thankfully all she was inhaling were said bubbles at the moment as her feet were now prunes.

So, with quite a bit of awkwardness (and a little bit of broken pride), the men eventually were at their feet. Well, Cael was up and in the kitchen, wondering exactly how long a girl could stay in the bathroom... and why they did so.



Mason, on the other hand, was strapping on his walking boot once more before stumbling back to his own bedroom. He still had some sleeping to do. Not to mention he didn't want to face his *ehm* cuddle buddy.

Alyson coughed out the bubbles and screeched slightly as she felt little paws upon her stomach. Snickers had returned. Where had he come from? Looking about, completely startled, she was soon out of the tub, drying and dressing slowly, staring at the puppy playing in the bath now.

Mason didn't know Snickers had returned. At least not consciously. However... his windpipe was beginning to close off. he hadn't taken any medicine in a long time.

Alyson eventually was dressed (( Like shakira in the gypsy video, the black whispy outfit)) and was drying, brushing, trimming, ect on Snickers until he was a respectable looking puppy again, soon out of her room and looking for Cael.

Cael glanced up.



"What do you like your omelet?"

Alyson glanced to him, smiling slightly.



" Cheese ....? eggs.....? Red peppers "

Cael nodded slightly. Okay, he wasn't the ultimate gourmet chef like Alyson, but he could definitely survive even if he didn't have fast food... unlike Mason. Speaking of which...



"Surprises me the the leech isn't awake yet." He turned his eyes around, and they landed on Alyson. He did a double take actually, almost cutting his finger while chopping. Embarrassed, he looked back and returned to the red pepper chopping.

Alyson's eyebrow shot up as she watched cael.



" problem?"



She asked as she watched him all but attempt to remove his oven finger, moving to stand beside the man, kissing his neck lightly.

Cael grinned lightly, dumping the stuff into the pan. He chuckled slightly.



"No. Of course not."

" You nearly cut yourself, are you sure?"



Alyson asked, not having a clue that her appearance could cause this, considering he'd seen her naked before... clothed shouldn't have been an issue....
