Let's Play!

Chuckling and smiling, laughing to herself, she nodded slowly.



" Yes, the one everyone wants.. No wonder, I have yet to meet someone without a sweet tooth."

Darryn stuck his finger into his mouth, licking off the sugar.



"The new evolution of a body shot."

" ... Definitely not what they had in mind when the term was originally applied."



Ashleigh pointed out as she considered him, a rather pleased grin on her face.

Darryn just stuck out his tongue at her.



"You're just jealous."

"Not the words I was planning on using to describe how i feel.... But it will work I suppose."



Ashleigh purred, grin still clearly in place upon her face.

Darryn just flashed her a grin and then proceeded to lick the sugar off the rest of his fingers. He raised a brow and offered her and elbow playfully. It was her sugar anyhow.

Ashleigh looked him over, smirking and stood slowly, moving to circle him slightly, kissing his cheek ( taking the sugar with her) as she pulled back, laughing to herself as she left him with the mess to clean up.

Darryn didn't realize the leftovers of leaving until Ashleigh was gone.



"Hey..." But he was only talking to himself. So he sighed and looked down at the heaping mess. "Great." The man tried to sweep it up and did a pretty good job. The only problem was that his movements caused a new little shower of sugar, renewing the perpetual mess. He eventually gave up and decided to go shower.

Returning to the kitchen, Ashleigh sighed as she cleaned up the rest of the mess, and then started laughing as she realized which bathroom's water was running... there were no towels in that bathroom... he was gonna have fun.... hehehe

When Darryn stepped out he was forced to face this reality. For a moment the man looked at the pants he had shed, but those were covered with sugar - that would be a sticky mess. So, with a sigh, he glanced around and picked up the cheap soap basket, punching out the bottom. Really. With the way things were going, he wanted some sort of protection. And that was the reasoning as he stepped into the bottomless basket and walked out into the hall dripping wet.

Ashleigh walked down the hall, and stopped. And couldn't help but stare. damn.



" Well now..."



she stated, looking over the soap basket covered man, unable to help the very large grin on her face.

Darryn's eyes flicked between her and the basket before his next action. The man placed his right fist on his waist and lifted his left arm, flexing the muscle.



"So what do you think? I hear wicker is the hottest fad right now."

" I also hear nudism is the next rage in religion... Jumping on that band wagon too?"



she asked, that little smirk still in place.

Darryn looked at her and didn't miss a single beat.



"Well, I must pay my dues to the great Buddha." And the basket hit the ground.

" Don't expect me to jump right in and join... I feel nudism just kind of makes adolescence sex a bit easier if everyone is already running about naked."

Darryn cocked his chin upwards slightly.



"It is an equalizer. You realize that people are more alike than they are different. Besides, I am a big supporter of letting kids make their own mistakes." Out of the air.

" ..... I am not. It's how we end up with dim wits not knowing right from wrong, or how to keep their kids in check, because they are still kids in and of themselves..."



she replied, looking him over.



" Nice statement thoguh."

Darryn rolled his eyes slightly.



"I never said to abandon the offspring. The parent needs to step in to smack the kid over the head for their screw up... metaphorically and otherwise. I have to say, though, you can't live life grown up all the time." he flipped over the basket, pulling it back up with a mischievous grin. It kind of looked like a strange skirt...

" Oh, I know... It's fun to let loose... but when your responsible enough to handle the consequences."

Darryn grinned at her and then took a step forward. For no reason that he could see a fly-swatter like thing swung up from the ground and smacked the basket. Darryn was at first startled then triumphant.



"HA!" He was learning?

Ashleigh laughed and shook her head, looking over Darryn.



" come here naked man, I'll lead you to more clothes, if that's what you'd like."

Darryn glanced down at the basket for a moment.



"I don't know. If this keeps up, I might apply my shirt theory to my pants." However, he did move closer to Ashleigh, not quite being to that point yet.

Ashleigh looked him over.



" Not the same theory to apply to them, if you do chose to do that at some point..."

Darryn just laughed slightly, reaching out to give her a pat on the back.



"Alright, alright." He was ready for his clothes anyhow.

Ashleigh considered him a second more before smiling to herself and moving to get him some pants..... She enjoyed the shirtless, but the nude was dangerous, to either of them... especially around feeding time. **Ahem**

Darryn obliged easily to putting on said pants.



"Hey, these are nice and comfy. And look at all the pockets! I could horde an army's worth of food." Cargo pants for the win.

" ... Just stick with raiding my kitchen."

Darryn flashed a grin at her.



"Well that was a given, wasn't it?"

" I don't wanna wash like... marshmellows because you stuck them in your pockets."

"That won't be a problem. You said you don't do laundry."

" Often. It still has to get done sometime.... we don't die off fast enough to prolong it forever..."

Darryn gave a long sigh and snapped his fingers.



"Darn it. Okay, fine. I'll stick to individually wrapped, washer-friendly foods. Like twinkies."

" ........ No."



Not amused, that would sum Ashleigh up on this one, not amused.

Darryn gave a real sigh on this one.



"Come on. You can't actually believe I'm stupid enough to shove food in my pockets."

" You were wearing a soap basket."



she pointed out, looking him over.

Darryn counterpointed.



"As opposed to nothing."

" ... I'm not going to point out there was a shower curtain, or the fact that It would NOT be the first time I've seen your body... you were next to shredded when I found you."

Darryn stuck his thumbs through his beltloops.



"First, the basket looked less expensive than the curtain. Second, it wasn't you that I was concerned about. Your house tends to do very bizarre things to me. Fly swatter thing as point in case."

" .... It likes you naked too?"



Okay, so perhaps ashleigh was either messing with his head, or she was descretly hitting on him, either way... that wasn't a normal line for her, and one should jot it down in history.

Darryn's grin didn't seem to slip from his face very often, so it was still there in all its lopsided glory.
