She informed him simply, as if the pup were her child. Which, it pretty much was, the only contact of life she currently had, were animals.

Darryn blinked a few times.

"Uh... Don't I get a leash or something?" He looked at the animal with careful regard.

Darryn just blinked a few times. Interesting how things seemed to come full circle.

"Okay..." He eyed the pup carefully. "I actually believe that." If the animal knew the layout of the castle by heart, Darryn didn't doubt that he was smart.

Darryn looked around, muttering a frustrated curse under his breath. Slowly, his eyes drifted to the little furball.

"So... I'll let you have some scraps if you can get us to the kitchen?"

Growling and wiggling his tail, he twirled and bounced off down the hallway, leading off in a direction that made one wonder if he knew where he was going... as if one recalled, the kitchen was down the other hallway.

Darryn paused for a minute.

"Erm..." He glanced back, but then decided that he was crazy. That and the fact that he had to keep up with the wolf either way.

"Fine." And he followed.

Bouncing up a few levels, and down a few more, she soon arrived in the kitchen ( to no rhyme or reason) as he was wigglign at Ashleigh's feet, begging.

ashleigh smiled, soon serving and (and dishing skye) out some food, looking to Darryn with a slight smile.

"You trained him to do that just to screw with the visitors, didn't you?"

Darryn sighed to himself. I've created a monster. However, in a grudging manner, he would slip Skye something every now and again off of his plate.

Darryn looked between his dish and the pot, a grin forming even wider.

"I KNEW I liked you!" He looked down at Skye.

"I see why you're so friendly. Who couldn't be with this sort of treatment?"

Darryn let out a groan and then darted after the pup, trying to keep up (and not break the antiques on the way). It was a little more difficult than you would think. In fact, he ended up carrying a crystal vase. That was right after he barely dodged a suit of armor.
