Marina epped and watched him as he was upon her in moments, welcoming him as her hands ran over him gingerly.

" Love..."

She purred softly, pulling him closer to her, looking over him as she realized she'd gotten him naked, flushing and grinning as she felt his skin upon her's.

Ephriam looked up at her with pale eyes lit through with passion. His hands slid over her skin, going about the business tugging off the last of the the little lacies. That was the last of the interfering things. He didn't really respond to her anyhow, taking her syllable to be a coo.

Besides, the taste of her blood, the smell of her hot skin, it was a lure that he could not resist. However, if it was any benefit, he was drinking much slower tonight. At this point she was going to have to speak up - even be it to save her life.

Marina moaned gently as she felt his mouth reclaim it's hold upon her neck, and moved to let him continue as her hands stroked him eagerly, grasping lightly as her body was definitely ready for him, swallowing slowly as she moved to his ear.

" Give me a bit of what I want, and my neck a break, huh?"

She asked softly, moving so that his contact with her neck broke.

Ephriam growled lightly, but he was okay with that too. The only thing that he did to argue was that he licked her neck. But then again, that was a safety thing. His male side was more than happy to play along Marina's game.

Marina was, well, vocal when she finally got what she was after, rather pleased with what she had to wait for. As the several rounds passed, she looked up at him as she was now completely out of breath, resting to his chest as her heart felt like it might beat free of it's cage.

" Oh... my... god.... why did you take so long to give me that?"

Ephriam's hands were gripping at the woman still, and as he stared at her, licking the blood off of his lips, his washed out eyes seemed to be going in and out of focus. The man, just like the last time, perhaps even moreso, was impossible for speaking. Her heart was beating so that he could feel it at this proximity.

Marina smiled as she was starting to let her breath settle, pulse starting to calm as she looked over her lover, with probably the most pleased ( and exhausted) look she'd had on her face in a long while.

" My lovely lover...."

She cooed softly, nestling closer.

Ephriam scrunched his eyes shut, his fingers scrunching against her. She was okay with the calming. She was even okay with the cooing. But when she pressed closer... The man sunk his fangs into her, burying them quick and deep. He even used his bottom teeth to secure it, seeing as if she yanked to hard then a chunk of flesh would be ripped free. Uh oh. That was something he only did on a hunt.

Marina felt the second pair sink in, and groaned and gasp softly as she shifted and looked to Ephriam, swallowing him as her hands ran over him. She knew the dangers in not tending to this.

" Ephriam..."

she purred, knowing, somehow, that that wasn't going to work. Swallowing the feeling in her stomach, she pushed and started moving in his hold. Heart rate spiking, unable to help it, she placed her hands upon his chest, murmuring a soft apology to him as she not only racked him, but sliced the muscle band that hinged his jaw with the box knife on the night stand, feeling his jaw release her, she slipped form the couch in an instant, small pout on her face, looking like she was waiting for him to yell at her.

Ephriam immediately clenched his hand to his jaw and crunched into a little ball on the couch. He gave an inarticulate utterance and remained in that position. However, one way or the other it seemed to have knocked him into a little bit of lucidity. After at least a minute and a half, the man slowly uncurled, looking up at Marina. Obviously, at the moment he wasn't really in the state to speak, but the look in his eyes was a curious one. It held a deep sorrow, but that was mostly masked by an unquenchable pride. Beyond that, however, he did not move.

Marina moved slowly towards him once she was wearing her under clothes again, moving his hand to look him over. She had acquired a basin and cloth to tend to him in the time he was recovering, moving to clean his jaw, patting it dry as it was already clotted up.

" I love you. I'm sorry."

She purred softly, kissing his forehead, taking care of him right now, feeling very bad for what she'd had to do to him, considering him.

Ephriam gave several slow breaths as he sat there and let her prod about. As she spoke, his colorless eyes fell on her and he slowly shook his head. The man exhaled again and then ventured to speak.

"Do not be sorry." The man blinked a few times, trying to mask that discomfort. He took another couple breaths, focusing on what he wanted to say.

"I am proud of you." He lifted his hand to touch the healing wound. If one watched close enough, they could see the little stuff filling back in.

Marina shook her head, kissing at him softly, looking his poor jaw over, and looking to the floor.

" I'm not. I didn't want to hurt you. Are you sure your okay?"

Eph looked up at her, and then, after a moment he gave a soft sigh. Okay, apparently a little bit of injury he wasn't quite so stupid post-feed. The man finally turned, his hand gently reaching out to run over her smooth skin.

"I am completely fine. Give me a little and I will be good as new." Ephriam leaned over and gently kissed her throat, leaving behind that to heal the skin. He smiled at her, almost not even aware of the long fangs glinting in the light.

"Marina, you have no idea..." He didn't quite trust himself to nestle her too close.

Marina slowly snuggled into his arms as she looked him over, still waiting for him to do something odd, eyes soft.

" I love you... and that was amazing, just so your aware."

She purred lightly.

The man looked at her, his smile widening as he reached for his boxers and pulling the green fabric back on. He stood up at her, his fingers brushing over her skin feather light. Overall, Ephriam as on that almost happy-high again.

"I promised you, did I not?" He looked her over carefully.

"You are alright?" He waited for it.

Marina smiled as she felt him move from her and watched him start to dress, a little satisfied grin spreading over her face as she giggled and blushed as she moved towards her lover once he was done, hands moving to hold him, nestling up to him, eyes locking on his.

" It was amazing, my love. I'm perfectly fine. "

She moved, speaking in his ear softly, holding a bit tighter to him.

" Hopefully not that bad for you over all, considering it was only my third time."

She purred faint and shyly.

Ephriam paused for just a moment before curling his arms back around her. He squeezed her lightly. Right now he couldn't even begin to explain... She was alive... and he... The man looked at her with an expression of glowing warmth. He whispered softly into his ear.

"I love you so much." And there is was. The very firs time he had strung all of those together in a straight line.

Marina looked up at him, smiling softly, and then looked down at her lap, swallowing slowly. He'd completely dodged that one.

Not pressing it, not wanting to hear what she could hear from his lips, she merely nestled closer to him, cooing back a gentle ' I love you too' .

The man let his head on the top of hers, his mind working a thousand thoughts and praises. However, he only murmured one.

"You have no idea how perfect you are." He ran his flushed hands over her skin lovingly. He had very little to do now... except wait for the crash that was bound to ensue.

Marina looked up at him as she smiled slightly, moving to kiss him, not understanding, but taking his words for what they were, holding tighter to him.

She purred softly, eyes closing as she held to him, slipping into a weird half sleep state.

Marina smiled as she snuggled a bit closer to him, holding tighter as her lover carried her, beyond content and happy right now. She had finally gotten what she'd wanted, and, she'd lived through stopping Ephriam from going too far. She was happy she'd been able to do it, but it also upset her greatly that she'd been forced to do that to him... Eh, the price you pay?

As Ephriam lay her down on her bed, his own elation was unbridled.

"There you go, beautiful." The man ran the one hand to brush back the hair from her face, his eyes lit up brightly.

"Rest." His other hand was fidgeting horribly with the bedspread.

The man couldn't do this. As she slept, his fidgeting got worse and worse. When Ephriam had to stop himself humming and playing a very fast song on the eiderdown. It was almost like he was high, and in a way he was. The vampire tried to slip out from under her, something that was for both of their goods...

Marina woke, and growled as she glared at Ephriam.

" I need cuddles. You stay a few minutes longer."

She informed him, pushing him back down to the bed for a few more moments before drifting off completely.

Ephriam gave a whining groan, but stayed nonetheless. It didn't take very long for the humming to come back. This time he dropped his leg over the side of the bed and was swinging it back and forth. his fingers worked over the bedspread and then began plucking at Marina's clothing.

Pluck. Tap. Pluck. Pluck. Swiiinnnng. Tap. Pluck. Pluck. Tap. Swiiiinnnng.

His eyes never stayed in one place very long, especially as the song tempo in his chest increased.

Marina rolled over in the bed after a while, back snuggling up to him, sleeping on, cooing and sleeping. She was perfectly happy with the world right now.

And Ephriam was gone.

He was euphoric this time on the blood he had received (not to mention is own elation). He went to the rock wall tower again. He climbed up stairs in the back and pulled out over half the rocks and then when to the front to do the climb. He was buzzing with energy and when he reached the top the first time, he had to stop. Why? Because he was laughing so hard, the gleeful sound bounced around the entire empty chamber.

Marina was near purring in her sleeping state, waking with cute little noises and faces, hollaring for Jethro without thought as she dressed in her room. she had some questions for him.

It took at least two minutes before the man appeared, and he was holding a notepad in his right hand along with a green marker in his left. He continued staring down at it.

"What do you..." He stopped as he looked up at her, a brow shooting high. His eyes drifted to the door, listening with the highest interest.

"...need?"

" As I was saying.... let's say one vampire, who shall remain nameless... finally let his girlfriend win..... and that being said.... Well, they both won, anyway." *Ahem, clears throat, continues* " That being said, does said girlfriend need to worry about him serenading the castle everytime?"

Jethro grinned, tucking his hands behind his back, notebook and all. He, however, was not about to play the charade. He cackled with glee.

"Eph was singing?!" The man plopped down on the edge of Marina's bed.

"Well, seeing as you're first screw that's survived, that only surprises me a little. Mmm..." He seemed to think about this one with sadistic pleasure. "Well, have you ever been around him immediately after he drank from you? It's like Ecstasy. Well, like Ecstasy would be for you - it doesn't do much to us. Like, it feels pretty good for about two minutes." Oops, off topic.

Marina looked him over.

" Oh, come off it. It's probably been longer then my life span since he's done that. From the impression I got when we were talking, anyway. However, he's still singing... Which is kind of concerning me.... I mean... phenomenal... yes, but I think singing is a bit much....."

Marina did a double take, glaring at Jethro.

" I AM NOT JUST A SCREW!"

She screeched, looks able to turn one to stone at the moment.

Jethro laughed, despite the fact that she was screaming in his face.

"Take it easy, Cupcake. I never said that you were. I just said that you also happened to be a screw. I was trying to make a comparison. I couldn't really use the title 'love' or 'fixation', now could I?" The man gathered his notebook back into his hands, standing up. He cocked his head to the side.

"And, no, he is no longer laughing. My dear, that is Eph laughing. How much did he drink?" The vampire eyed the woman curiously.

" Doesn't matter. I'm fine, he's happy... Sheesh. I'm happy. That was awesome, anyway. That answers that, I suppose.... Why do you care how much he had?"

She tacked on, looking to Jethro.
