Let's Play!

" Not really... but I'll let you think that."

Darryn flashed her another signature grin.



"Maybe you need to open up to new things..." He glanced at the bowls.



"Or maybe old things in a new light."

" I like my food to make enough sense I can stomach the thought of eating it... Chips in my pasta, are not something I fancy."

Darryn didn't hesitate.



"Put the chips in and let them soak - tada! Corn tortillas."

Ashleigh looked him over, and shook her head slowly, completely in awe of him. She had no words to describe how his thought processes came to her as... so she merely shook her head a bit more.

Darryn grinned lightly, walking away from her. The man absently drifted out into the hallway. He stood there for a little while, staring at a very odd painting. It must have been one of those weird abstract deals. He never had liked paintings very much to begin with - abstract painting doubly so. However, he found himself strangely drawn to this one. And then it hit him.



"Cheater! It's painted in blood!" Just to think, he had considered it strange before. And now, he was less concerned over the fact of its composition than he was over the fact that the artist was a cheater. At least they were in his mind.

ashleigh heard his proclamation and was soon standing beside him, eyebrow raised.



" who cheated?"



She asked simply, rather confused and now a bit curious.

"Whoever knowingly integrated blood into a PAINTING!" By this point Darryn was quite animated. "CHEATER!!!"

"... It's like five hundred years old, I'm impressed they used there brain enough to use blood.... at least they didn't use feces."

Darryn looked at her with one really big eye and one squinting eye.



"Well then, why do you own it?" He didn't care about the context. They cheated.

" Came with the castle...?"

Darryn glanced at it again and frowned.



"Still... I think you should chalk it up to new ownership redecoration." And with that, he reached forward and pulled it off the wall.

" I'm not too worried about it. ... You cn have it for all I care."

Darryn laughed.



"Yeah, I'll just strap it to my back while a trek across the Amazon." With that, he chucked it out the window.

" could have used it as a snow ski"

Darryn shook his head.



"It doesn't deserve it." He walked over to the space and then turned around, striking a pose.



"So what should go here?"

Ashleigh laughed and smiled big.



" You, framed and ready to hang."

Suddenly Darryn's eyes shot wide and he leaped to a different place, rubbing his throat.



"Bad idea."

Ashleigh laughed and smirked as she moved and pointedly kissed him.



" It was a compliment, not a threat. I like playing with you too much to hurt you."

Darryn gave a goofy grin.



"Well if playing includes things like that... I say bring on the bottle!"

Ashleigh laughed and looked him over.



" Too bad you didn't asked for 60seconds in heaven."



She teased cutely.

Darryn grinned mischievously.



"That's just sixty seconds. With only two people I know the bottle outcome and I can spin it over and over and over and over..."

( ROFLMAO!!!!)



Ashleigh glanced back, smirk of her own growing wider.



" and with only two player in 60seconds, it becomes never ending, as there is no one to time."

Darryn sidled closer in a less than sneaky fashion.



"Tsk tsk. Rule breaker."

" you object?"



she asked, eyebrow raising.

Darryn laughed.



"I wouldn't be standing in your castle if I did."

" Then where would you like heaven to be?"



Ashleigh asked softly, actually on the way back to her room.... If she let him in her room for that kind of play, whether he knew it or not, he should call genus.

Darryn just gave a smile.



"Oh, you know. Anywhere stake-free. I'm not that picky." He moved to follow her and then jogged a little in front of her, turning the corner. But then he turned back, holding a hand over his eyes. He couldn't see and they burned. Just from looking at what he assumed must be daylight. However, he didn't curse. That would ruin the moment after all.

Ashleigh glanced up, and hissed faintly adn she moved to shut the curtain, and growled her young pup's name, looking to Darryn, moving to kiss him tenderly.



" You alright?"



She had to ask, still leading him gingerly.

Darryn blinked a few times, trying his best (and pretty much succeeding for once) to be macho and brush it off. He flashed her a grin and took off walking down the hall.



"Yeah, I'm fine. It's no big..." STUMBLECRASH! The man had run into a pedestal with a little ceramic statuette on it. Of course, he couldn't see anything, but either way the thing shattered on the floor. He stopped for a minute.



"Um... Yeah, I didn't like that vase either."

Ashleigh laughed, and moved slightly, kissing his neck as she started to lead him a bit more.



" So, are you sufficent without sight, or should I merely tease you until your eyes recover?"

Darryn gave a grin that seemed almost nefarious in nature. Then, without a word, his nostrils flared and he turned his head to the side just slightly. The man then did something that he knew might just lose him an arm. He slipped his hand around her waist.



"Tease me? You should console the wounded." Man pout.

Ashleigh smirked as she shifted slightly in his hold to continue leading.



" So.. that didn't answer my question about your abilities without sight."

Darryn shrugged slightly.



"Don't ask me to play GTA."

" I was thinking something more along the lines of two hand touch."



Ashleigh replied a a rather cute smirk ( wasted or not, lol). slowly she stopped upon the landing, opening her bedroom door. He'd been in here once, but it'd been short lived... now she brought him back... was she just a gluten for risking herself? ... Probably.

Darryn stubbed his toe on her footboard and frowned. He didn't recognize the place. At least not yet.



"But that's so uncreative. Why not pick more original body parts?" Too naughty? Scapegoat just in case. "Like noses."

" I could think of places your nose could touch."



She laughed softly as she moved to lightly guide him to her bed, kissing him lightly.

Darryn laughed lightly, taking the kisses quite happily.



Thunk. He fell on to the bed, but that was pretty okay with him. So how was this going to go? Where was the last minute twist?

ashleigh smiled, kissing at him softly, enjoying the fact he wasn't making too many jokes, or ruining thing for the moment, merely enjoying it with her.



" Never did tell me how well you think this will work without vision."



she teased, fingers playing with his shirt, removing it easily.... like he ever had one on for long anyway.

Darryn grinned lightly, his hand sliding along her spine as he searched for the zipper. He found it without too much trouble, and, well, working one wasn't exactly rocket science.



"It's working pretty well so far."
