Naomi glanced at Mew again. Something was being weighed in that small look as her eyes sparked and literally shimmered as she took in every inch of Mew.

Interesting...

That tone seemed distant, whatever it was was gone in moments though as she looked to hunter.

Naomi shook her head.

He sparks.

Not related to talent nor vampireness. She couldn't pin it. Either way, she leaned up and kissed him.

" He's foolish. "

She would return and jerk Mew's hand to her, looking it over. Oh... he'd set his hand on fire while lighting the fireplace.

Mew shrugged.

"It was an accident. It can happen to anyone."

As she watched it, she'd be able to see that his hand was healing up just fine. Another minute or so and it'd be like it never happened.

Naomi shook her head, glancing over him.

he heals slow.

She commented to Hunter, hand releasing Mew's as she lifted up Ryder again.

" Hi."

she offered to the boy that smiled at her.

Naomi thought about it, and reached over and stuck her hand in the fire and pulled it back after a moment. By the time she had it before her face, it showed no signs of issues.

Naomi frowned, moving and placed his finger right in her mouth.

She scolded, showing her finger, which was healing faster, but still.

Apparently someone was feeling a little edgier than they were letting on.

Naomi joked privately, snuggling closer to Hunter.

Max looked over Naomi.

" She's getting nailed shortly, whether by you, or not, judging by that all too familiar body language, what's your deal?"

Oh. Apparently something was bugging Hunter right now, making him more defensive than usual. I'd leave him alone if I were you.

Max didn't have to be included in this one to know what was said. He just smiled. Hunter should listen to his girl....

Max rolled his eyes.

"You're just as fickle as they are."

At about this point is when Naomi would walk in and glare at Max.

"You really managed to piss him off! Shut the f*** up!"

And with this, Naomi would walk out of the room, clearly displeased with him.

Mew looked at Max.

"I'm need to go do... Well, actually, I just don't think it would be a smart idea to hang around you right now. I'm going somewhere else."

Mew walked off to another room.

Hunter was currently sitting in the lounge. Really, it wasn't that bad. It could have and had been far worse ebfore. really, he was just brooding about this and that. He'd be fine.

Naomi growled at Max before he had a chance to speak. Naomi had a temper. She stuck up for herself, and she didn't tolerate being treated like crap generally. hence why Max was now smacked and Noami was returning to hunter's lap.

That wasn't the reason that Hunter had been asking. It wasn't spoken in reprimand. He was simply thinking that if it made her feel better that he should try it too. Now, though, looking down at her leg... Hunter when from agitated to angry. His nostrils flared slightly and his eyes seemed to brighten in their red hue. However, he didn't get up immediately. He was obviously practicing restraint.

Naomi noted the eye color change as she kissed him, rather fiercely.

Easy, tiger. If I wanted him dead I would have called for you. It was that stupid statue thing that was on the end table. He pushed the thing when he was arguing with me and it sliced my leg open... it just pushed buttons on someone who was already angry.

Naomi would continue to all but attack-kissing him. He cared enough to get upset. She was currently filled with warm fuzzies.
