I Didn't Think It Would Happen Like This

Ansel asked, doubtful of such a thing.

Willow shrugged.

/Because it's not even between us so it's not fair to you. Because it would mean I'm not being serious enough about the situation. Because it would mean that you had to do yet another thing for me. Because I didn't try hard enough to do it on my own./

Just a few possible reasons

/I do not think you're not trying enough. I do not mind doing things for those I love. I like supporting you. You are being very serious about this and it's ok to let that go. Anything for you is for me now, my love. /

He kissed her softly, hugging her in his arms closer

[Sushi]

Willow didn't feel like that was enough. Surely something bad would happen. Still, her ability to resist dwindled. It just... It felt nice. And he smelled so good. And she was actually starting to warm up a little to get comfy. Within a half hour, he achieved getting her to sleep. It wasn't perfect. However, it was sleep, no matter how fitful or short lived. She woke about an hour before the sun came up.

Ansel was happy with what he managed, kissing at her until he could follow her into sleep. He roused when he felt her wake, cuddling her into him.

/ Morning. /

He whispered to her, kissing at her.

[Sushi]

Willow offered a wordless noise of discontent without opening her eyes.

/Sorry./

She buried her face into his chest, though, breathing his scent deep into her lungs.

/Mmmh, I'm not. You're so comfortable to hold/

[Sushi]

/okay. If that's what you want./

After a little while, a wet spot started to form on his shirt where her eyes leaked a little of everything inside her.

[Tree]

Ansel kissed the top of her head.

/ You're what I want. /

[Sushi]

Willow let out a soft whine.

/Sleep talking?/

[Tree]

/ Awake talking. /

Just refusing to open his eyes.

[Sushi]

That's okay. She was too. The longer she lay there, though, the more yesterday started to catch up to her. It had only taken one day to break him. Her fingers tightened in his shirt.

/Go back to sleep?/

[Tree]

/ Only if you come with me? /

He argued with a childlike cuteness.

[Sushi]

/I'm laying on you. I don't think I can get any closer./

[Tree]

/ Into sleepy times. Both of us? /

[Sushi]

But... She wanted...

/... Okay./

Putting it off was better than nothing, she guessed.

[Tree]

/ What did you want? /

He asked, catching that there was something else.

[Sushi]

/you to go to sleep./

So she could maybe steal a little more of this before you came to your senses and remembered everything.

[Tree]

Ansel cuddled her into him and kissed at her.

/Ok..... will you be here when I wake up? /

He didn't want her to go.

[Sushi]

/unless something happens,/ she agreed after consideration.

[Tree]

/ kay.....I love you. /

A solid two minutes was all he needed to pass out again, though.

[Sushi]

When he woke, he'd find that she was, in fact, still there. At some point, Willow had fallen back asleep with her face buried against him. It was a miracle she hadn't suffocated, really. The one hand holding his shirt was firmly balled up, though, so good luck sneaking out if that was your goal.

Ansel smiled at her hold on him, kissing the top of her head. This felt right. This is where she should be and how the world made sense.

"I love you. "

Even if he needed to pee.

[Sushi]

Willow slept a little while longer before sleepily stumbling out of bed and to the bathroom. She was really confused when she got in there. She felt like she had to go so bad. Why wasn't the pee coming out?

Ansel watched her let go and waited as long as he thought he could for his bathroom turn. When he realized he was not going to last any longer he snuck from the room into the guest bathroom, feeling immrnde relief and returning quickly.

Maybe he'd get back before Willow noticed he was missing?

[Sushi]

Willow had realized what was happening after he made it to the bathroom. She was laying on the foot of the bed when he got back.

"Sorry."

[Tree]

"Why? "

He asked, pouting sleepily that she had got back before him.. sleepy snuggles lost.

[Sushi]

"I thought I had to pee."

Willow rubbed at her face.

[Tree]

"Uh.... I didn't want to let the sleepy snuggles end. Sorry. "

[Sushi]

Willow shrugged a little, slowly worming her way towards the head of the bed. Why did it have to be time to be awake? She didn't want to have to face today.

/It's okay./

She faceplanted into a pillow.

[Tree]

/..... lucky pillow. /

He wasn't fully awake and wanted her back.

[Sushi]

/no, I'm not./

Willow grunted unhappily.

[Tree]

/.... Your not a pillow..... I wish I was the pillow. /

With her face in it

[Sushi]

Willow rolled over and smacked her head into him. He didn't have as much give and it hurt her ear.

/Ouch./

[Tree]

Ansel flinched.

"Uh... maybe not literally. Are you alright? "

[Sushi]

"no," she pouted.

She already messed up again. Everything was ruined.

[Tree]

Ansel shifted to kiss at her ouchies.

"Better? "

Poor thing.

[Sushi]

"I guess."

It didn't fix her mistakes, though.

[Tree]

"This sounds like you need hugs."

He decided, squishing get whole body into his.

[Sushi]

Willow simply lay there and let him for a while.

"It's time for you to start your day," she told him eventually.
