Cael chuckled softly, toying with the fabric. And then he couldn't hold it in.

Alyson looked up, and she openly blushed, shaking her head, feeling awkward suddenly, looking over Cael trying to determine if his meds were messing with him or something.

" I think you might need more sleep... i'm just me."

Yep, compliments while being dressed, not something she was use to.

Cael opened his mouth and then shut it, saying nothing more. The man simply turned to finish cooking her omelet for her. If she was going to turn away his compliment, well, oh well.

Alyson watched his mouth a moment, moving to kiss him softly and snuggled up to his side and took her offered food, thanking him, watching him a second, flushing again as she thought of something.

" .... you really meant it, didn't you?"

it wasn't said in a mocking tone, more of sincere surprise she was being complimented.

Cael mumbled his response abashedly as he pushed to grab a fork for her.

"Not if you didn't want me to." Well, that was an evasive answer.

Looking him over, alyson shook her head slowly.

" No. That has nothing to do with it... I just... Your the first..."

she shook her head again, moving to kissing Cael.

" thank you."

she purred faintly, looking him over.

"I thought I overstepped my boundaries as an employer." Cael was still a little sore over that one. The man walked over and sat down with his owned omelet.

Alyson stopped, looking over Cael, watching him a moment, sighing as she moved to Cael now, moving the plates away, moving to kiss him pointedly as she slipped into his lap.

" You are more then an employer."

Alyson looked at him, smiling slightly, moving to kiss him again. Man, he was enjoying pulling rarities out of her at this exact moment, voice gentle and faint.

Yeah, that killed the playful mood. He had tried to brush off her seriousness with a joke, but Cael couldn't do it this time. He just shoved food into his mouth.

Alyson sighed, moving in his lap so he could at least eat easier, grabbing her omelet off the table and eating it in silence. Not every girl's dream reaction to those kind of statements, ... but she never hoped for what every other girl hoped for, so she was only partially bothered by his reaction.

Alyson looked down to cael, making a small face, moving to steal a few more kisses.

" Only if you want me to... and I mean that more as a .... whatever else, then anything else.... employer or not, I still chose to come and go... and I want to be here... so long as you'll let me."

Alyson raised a brow, shaking her head emphatically.

" Of course not. "

She replied, staring at him oddly, moving to kiss at him a bit more, done eating and making herself comfortable in his lap.

" I'm like a tumor. your gonna have to surgically remove me."

she purred cutely, moving to kiss over his neck now, fingers toying with his shirt.

" Not such a bad thing though, is it?"

"Not really." Cael grinned, his lips running over her ears and temples. His stomach withdrew slightly. It didn't tickled exactly, but that was the best way to describe it.

alyson smiled faintly, looking about the kitchen, enjoying the attentions, only stopping in her small game with him when she heard a crash in the other room. Now what?

Cael looked up.

"Mason..." He sighed and got up.

"Doofus..." However, he was stunned to see that it was not Mason standing in their living room. Remember how he had once joked that they had problems with random people crawling into their beds in the middle of the night? Yeah, given recent happenings, one had to wonder if he had been joking.

Alyson starred not a the woman that was laying in the bed, but the man, and looked to Cael questioningly, but said nothing as the man scrambled out of the bed and out the window. wow.

Cael laughed lightly, and he shimmered. Yeah, the medicine was toning him down, but he was still a little more fluid than normal. However, this only made the man laugh harder.
